You get what you pay for not the best but it's cheap so can't expect much for it, it did have a play area outside the room for the kids to play
Village setting, close to Southport. Off street parking, small garden with patio set. Shampoo, hand wash, provided, good quality products not cheap . Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided, most unexpected. Spotlessly clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Would have been a grand hotel years ago but needs updating. Rooms were ok for the money. Ok if you just need a stay over somewhere cheap.
The room was recently refurbished, but clearly to a budget. It was fine for a cheap overnight stay. Room quite cramped with the low ceilings on the top floor.
It was good value if you are on a budget, being the cheapest accommodation available in Lancaster at the time of booking. The owners were very nice and breakfast choice was sufficient, being a very basic continental breakfast.
