Traveling from Italy to Spain, we chose to stay at Ibis Lunel Petite Camargue due to its convenient location and positive reviews. It turned out to be the perfect choice. The room was spacious with a modern design, and we had an excellent night’s sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and blackout curtains that ensured complete darkness. The room was also perfectly quiet. A significant advantage for us was the private parking, as we had many personal belongings with us. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional staff. Communication was brilliant, friendly, clear, and extremely helpful—even after we had checked out. We realized we had left our AirPods in the room and called the hotel. Emily, the staff member who assisted us, went above and beyond by personally checking the room for us. Although she didn't initially find them, she promised to follow up with the housekeeping team and call us back. It turned out that our AirPods were in our car, but Emily’s kindness and dedication left a lasting impression. We have never experienced such outstanding service and genuine willingness to help guests. We sincerely thank Emily for her efforts and wish her all the best in her career. We would be delighted to stay at this hotel again.

Situé à côté de la sortie 25 sur l’autoroute A9, l’ibis Nîmes Ouest - A9 se trouve à 4 km du centre-ville de Nîmes et à 12 km de l’aéroport de Nîmes. As usual Ibis delivers great value for the money. Clean rooms and really friendly staff. Great breakfast and the overall atmosphere/decor is absolutely top notch for the price point. We regularly use ibis when we travel for my son’s tennis tournaments and the experience is so consistent we never dare change brands. Kudos!

L'ibis Carcassonne Est la Cité se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Carcassonne et à 1 km de la partie médiévale de la ville. L'hôtel est situé non loin du château et de la gare. Un grand merci à la réception ! Tout était parfait, l'accueil était chaleureux et les chambres très propres. La piscine est très propre et les serviettes sont fournies. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Je recommande.

No wifi, the rooms are tidy and tight. No extra space. Flies in the room and is annoying. Air-conditioning not enough to get cool. Common area and elevator is so hot.
