Booked this hotel for a 13hr transit from Santiago Airport. The cost was much cheaper than the onsite airport hotel. It had a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back again so happy to save some $$$. The reception was great. The restaurant was fine and suitable for the establishment. Very happy we booked this hotel instead of sitting around in a transit lounge.

Quiet and exceptionally clean in a central location. Nice roof-top restaurant that attracts a mainly non-resident clientele, which I suppose is a good thing. Close to metro, which is fast, cheap and efficient.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. But: this justifies 1☆, and never more!! So: breakfast room: bare, cheap tables, no cutlery, no napkins...orange juice: a yellow liquid, artificial flavor; ham: ham scraps pressed together with food glue.Cutlery of cheapest quality is in containers from which everyone has to help themselves. Backyard: workshops and warehouses.The grounds are surrounded by high steel fences, entrance is shielded by massive shutters.

Spacious , super clean room with large windows giving lots of light. Very comfortable bed. Nice welcome from efficient reception staff. Water dispenser was useful and 2 bottles of water on arrival. Breakfast had a range of food and fruit. Room cleaned daily. The hotel got us a taxi that was far cheaper than on line prices and on time. Some good restaurants nearby and clean area of Santiago. Everything was great and I will book it again..

Very nice and clean place only a 10 minutes Uber ride from the Airport. David who runs the place is very friendly and helpful. The area is safe and quiet and there are cheap local restaurants nearby.
