Ibis Hotel Thornleigh is 30 minutes’ drive from central Sydney, and 40 minutes’ drive from Sydney Airport. Lane Cove National Park is a 15-minute drive away. I believe the price for that rating hotel is great, for a solo trip as a rep, it's all you need, I was concerned about the bathroom facilities rating, but those people who gave it a bad rating must have thought it was a5 star rating hotel on a budget rate.

Situated in Homebush Bay, just 20 minutes' drive from Sydney CBD and 10 minutes' drive from Parramatta, Ibis Sydney Olympic Park offers air-conditioned accommodation overlooking Accor Stadium. Qudos Bank Arena is within 10 minutes' walk. The foyer area is comfortable, check in process smooth and v friendly staff. We got upgraded to a room in Novotel (attached) because Ibis was full, it was very comfortable.
