Ibis Hotels in Dubai

Rooms were very clean, Breakfast had something for everyone, Location is very near to metro station, Friendly and helpful Staff, Proper housekeeping, cleanliness, Staff service was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to Dubai and looking for a comfortable stay

The check-in was quite slow as there were many people checking in at the same time. This aside, once you reach the check-in desk, the staff were the loveliest people around, from greeting you to explaining all the small things in the most detailed way. The rooms were pristine clean and really well designed. What was really surprising is that you do not get any coffee in your room, but you actually can order it by calling the reception, and they will bring you a free cup of coffee of your choice from the bar straight to your room. That will be actual coffee and not some instant pour over. The breakfast was also great. The selection was relatively small, but at the same time, everything you could need was provided, and the staff there were really friendly as well. And most importantly, if you are ever sad, they have a happiness team which will make you happy in 15 minutes!

Everything was perfect. They even celebrated my birthday.they were so nice and so responsive. Vijay the head of room service was amazing and one of his staff Sapina. Mariam on the front desk was soooo nice and genuine she even helped me out go to the hospital when I was sick. Hanan also on front desk was really professional , and all the other receptionist. Ajay also was amazing and had my birthday setting, Chandrasekhar from the captains team was lovely.. All security guards were so professional. I spent ten days and it really felt like home.. Thank you IBIS MALL OF EMIRATES.. I was a solo traveler alone but never felt lonely. I Love This Amazing Team ❤️
