The Deyzel House is roughly 14 kilometers from the Durban Beachfront on route you will pass the Durban Harbour famous for being the busiest port in Africa handling nearly 50% of all goods entering the country. If you are into history and pre-colonial Durban there is a wealth of historic sites to visit such as the Old Fort where the Battle of Congella was fought and many other places of interest like the John Ross & Dick King monuments. Enjoy the Durban beachfront from Ushaka Marine World all the way down to the Blue lagoon. The promenade is bike, walking and running friendly. Suncoast casino and entertainment world has much to offer with the best restaurants-clubs-entertainment movies & more. If shopping is your thing, then head over to the Pavillion Mall a ten-minute drive from The Deyzel house. For designer brand stores head to the Gateway Theater of shopping just 20 minutes away heading north on the N2 The famous Durban "Bunny chow" and mouthwatering curries are in abundance here.
