A Self-catering Guesthouse situated on a river front plot on the East Coast of South Africa, approximately halfway between Cape Town and Durban, 2 minute’s drive from the Highway and only 38 km from Port Elizabeth, the Friendly City and only 4 km away from the Addo Elephant Park entrance.
Sundays River Mouth Guest House is owned by Wilma van den Berg. This is a large property. We respect your privacy and will not interfere in your family or quality time. However Wilma is available to assist you (when required) and guide you with travel arrangements and tips. We are look forward to hosting your stay and we will go the extra mile to make it a happy and memorable stay.
The community is just like a small town, with the exception of being so close to one of the major cities in our wonderful country. Safe and secure to walk around with a very low crime rate. Fresh country feeling, tidal river with huge amount of bird life. There are two restaurants close to the holiday home, the local "pub & grub" Grunters and the Out of Africa restaurant. Local groceries shopping can be done at the Spar as well as an all-night shop at the BP garage. Boat hire and river cruises are available in the area. Addo Elephant Park Southern Entrance is 4.2 km away and a must see for you and your family while you are here.
