Wake up and step out onto our large patio to yet another beautiful African sunrise over the Indian Ocean. Our 2 bedroom home is perfectly situated close to the beach and equally close to the tastiest restaurants Umdloti has to offer, the shops and the garage. Within a gated community, you will enjoy 24hour security as well as full access to the communal pool and braai area just a short stroll from the front door. Sit back, relax, breath in the coastal air. You are officially on holiday.
I've been traveling all over the world for the past 10 years so I feel like I know a thing or two about rentals. Now that I have recently come home to Umdloti. I've put my heart into this house. I would love to give you the opportunity to rent it out and let me know if you've enjoyed staying there as much as I have enjoyed getting it ready for you. As I am currently traveling my mother will be your point of contact once you are settled in. She has been in real estate for 15 years and is always available to lend a hand or offer travel advice.
We are right at the split between North Beach and South Beach. Everything is walk-able in our neighborhood. During December holidays guests will have beach access through us via their gate card which must be displayed on their vehicle. Please share the love by remembering to leave it behind for our next guests to use too.
