The apartment is situated 500m from the Point and 500m from the CBD. Centre of both worlds. Walking distance to the beach and any type of restaurant you require. Have a BBQ while watching the ocean from the balcony. Secure and safe Parking on the premises. Relaxing. It is a 3 bedroom unit, that overlooks the ocean. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Another bathroom available for the other 2 rooms. Nice spacious living area. Fully equipped kitchen. A BBQ on the balcony, outside, overlooking Mossel Bay and the ocean. Nice tandem locked garage.
