Kwabiela 3 is a modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor unit in a secure complex off Marine Drive, near Natalie’s’ Shell shop in Ramsgate North. The main and second bedrooms are fitted with double beds, sleeping 4 and then there is a sleeper couch in the lounge and enclosed balcony for 2 children. The unit is serviced with one bathroom containing a shower, toilet and basin. A lounge with a modern corner lounge suite is provided as well as a flat screen TV and select DSTV, so there is no need to bring your own with. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave and stove as well as a kitchen nook seating four. There is a large, enclosed balcony off the main bedroom & lounge with partial sea views as well as a dining table seating six. A portable braai is also provided for your use which can be used at the garden area off the swimming pool. The complex boasts a swimming pool as well as a beautiful, landscaped garden and a lockup garage is also available when hiring this unit. Approximately 150m to the beach and shops and restaurants are within the vicinity. Ramsgate is a small seaside resort town in KwaZulu- Natal South Coast, about 20 kilometers south of Port Shepstone. Margate town is made up of many shops, including beach, arts & crafts shops, restaurants, pubs and night clubs. Ramsgate is next to Margate which is best known for its’ beautiful coastline and blue flag beach with a swimming pool right on the beach. It’s also the only town along the South Coast to boast its’ own freshwater Olympic sized pool. Ramsgate is also home to the Famous Waffle House amongst many other local attractions.
