A fully furnished granny flat. Secured undercovered parking. Unit entrance and shower is wheelchair accessible. Walking distance to Hoërskool Waterkloof during sporting events. 1km from Kloof Hospital and Wolwespruit Bike & Trail Park, big shopping centers and restaurants. Only 7km to Rietvlei Nature Reserve and dam. Free WiFi and DSTv available. From N1, take Rigel/Delmas off ramp towards Armscor and Erasmus Castle. The self catering kitchen is fully furnished with all utensils, big fridge/freezer and washing machine to cater for longer stays.
We know how you need a good night's rest after your loved one has been admitted to hospital. Come stay over at Granny at Umgeni for peace of mind. Rest assured that everything you will need is in our cosy unit. For easy access during sports/cultural events hosted by Hoërskool Waterkloof, we've got you sorted ... it is 500 steps away. During Christmas Season when all the family is visiting and you need just that 1 ( maybe 2 or 3) more place(s) to lay someone's head ... remember, we are round the corner with a bed.
Neighbourhood is in a boomed off security area. Security gate is not automated, but big lock kept the property secured for the past 18 years. You get your own set of keys, so can come and go as you please.
