The establishment is under new Owners since 6 October 2017. New Owners love life and to create an environment where guest can feel relaxed and comfortable and just enjoy the laid back life in De Rust.

Property information

The main dwelling dates back to 1897 and was built in the Edwardian style. The buildings were totally renovated inside and outside by us. There is a artistic rural feel to the interior. The whole setting has a warm, personalised and friendly atmosphere.

Neighbourhood information

The village of De Rust lies in the Little Karoo 33km from Oudtshoorn on the R62/N12 on the foothills of the Swartberg Mountain and 1km from the entrance of the majestic Meiringspoort, the gateway to the Great Karoo. De Rust is also close to the Cango Caves, The Swartberg Mountain Pass and Gamkaskloof( Die Hel ).
