This apartment is situated in the center of Stellenbosch town facing the Botanical Garden. Set among the shops, restaurants, museums, galleries and a 5 minute walk to the University of Stellenbosch. The nightlife and best restaurants within walking distance of this perfectly located apartment and easy access to the winelands. Perfect location to explore the town on foot.

Prime Location in the Centre of Stellenbosch, surrounded by Historical buildings, Stellenbosch University and a selection of restaurants all within a 5 min walk from this beautiful apartment. Coetzenberg Sports Stadium is a 10 min walk and the Botanical Gardens just next door.
