Modern 1 bedroom - 2 sleeper unit located on the ground floor which opens onto a level grass area.
As you walk into this charming unit, there is an open plan kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, frudge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, cutlery and crockery. Dining table for 2 and couch with a smart tv, uncapped wifi and aircon.
There is a bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. There is also a safe in the bedroom as well as linen and towels.
This beautiful unit is in a secure gated complex and has parking inside. It's also located close to the kids play area and communal swimming pool and braai area which is walled off for safety.
Just a short walk across the road will lead you to the Shakas Rock Beach and tidal pool. Close to restaurants and shops
