Walk just a half-mile to North Beach and, on your way, sightsee at historic Fort Screven or the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum. But you'll also be just two miles north of shops and eateries along Tybrisa Street. If you have a larger group, consider renting both this house and the back cottage, Tybee Island Sunset, which has one bedroom, one full bathroom, and space for as many as two people. Built in 1900, this beautifully preserved home is full of coastal colors, folksy furnishings, and artistic decor. Walk up a few stairs and through a front porch to view its single floor layout with a spacious living area, a full kitchen, three bedrooms, and a back porch. Spend some time in the gentle breeze from the overhead fan in the living area, or flip on the 60-inch flatscreen TV for DVD and cable entertainment. Peer out over the neighborhood from a sofa and Adirondack chairs on the front porch, or head out back to sip sweet tea in the shade of Live Oak trees. You'll certainly love the backyard options, which include two tables for al fresco dining (one even with an umbrella), plus tropical landscaping and a screened-in porch attached to the house that overlooks it all. Feeling hungry? Whip up a homemade meal back inside in the well-equipped kitchen. It features all that you'll need for whipping up fresh feasts while you're here, and there's even group seating at tables by the kitchen, on the back porch, and in the backyard. Afterward, toss your dishes in the dishwasher, your clothes in the washer/dryer, and head to bed. Up to six guests are accommodated on queen beds in two bedrooms and twin beds in a third bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
