Watch the kids run around from the comfort of the covered porch, or soak your worries away in the private hot tub before heading inside. Floor-to-ceiling wooden details, along with high-quality furnishings and plenty of decorative touches like oil paintings on the walls, give this home a simultaneously elegant and rustic atmosphere. Kick back and relax on the living room's stuffed chairs and plush sofa, where you can enjoy cable, Blu-rays, and video games on the flatscreen TV above the fireplace. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
