Due to this if you are booking during this time frame you will not have access to the pool.  *Small dogs (under 20 pounds) are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.  *Non-smokers please Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to Fifteen-Hundred Dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
