Newly renovated spacious historic home minutes to UNCW. Incredibly comfortable for any length stay. Suitable for larger groups. Conveniently located to everything Wilmington has to offer. Ten or less minutes on straight road to Wrightsville Beach & Historic downtown. Private keyless entry, Blazing fast internet, cable/Netflix/Amazon. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, work area and to many amenities to list. Pet Friendly!!
