Sun Sand and Seay will keep your best vacation expectations in focus! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is close to the beach access bridge and within easy walking distance of the free swimming pool and tennis courts at Club Hatteras. Enjoy plenty of concrete parking and a convenient, all-weather entry with a washer/dryer. The first living level has a large oceanside primary bedroom with a queen-size bed, a deck, and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom (with a queen-size bed) and the third bedroom (with a double bed and a pyramid bunk) share access to the full hallway bathroom. Upstairs, a large living area with cathedral ceilings overlooks the oceanside sundeck. On the west side of the house, the well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar open to the dining area and the west deck. Living is easy in this well-appointed jewel of a cottage! With good views of the ocean to the east and spectacular sound sunsets to the west, Sun Sand and Seay is a clear winner. Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis. You will receive an amenity pass during check-in to utilize the shared facility. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email.
