High floor Studio Style Unit on the 18th floor, with Waikiki city views from the ocean on right to the mountain on left. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Waikiki near the Ritz Carlton. Within 10-minutes walking distance to the beach. Approximately 10-minutes walk to the Royal Hawaiian Center, 6 minutes by car to Ala Moana Center. 1 Queen Size Bed, 1 Sofa Bed, free Wi-Fi, bath tub/shower, microwave, refrigerator & sink. 313 sq.ft. living space + 69 sq.ft. lanai. Amenities in the property include a pool, sauna, barbecue area, fitness room, and a free laundry room.

Located on Olohana Street behind Holiday Inn Express, in a quiet neighborhood of Waikiki, between Kuhio Ave & Ala Wai Blvd. ABC Store is about 2-minutes walk away, on Olohana Street. Island Country Markets is on Kuhio Ave, within 4 minutes walk, featuring groceries & necessities, as well as a coffee shop serving coffee & espresso, as well as croissant sandwiches, pastries, loco moco, poke bowl, breakfast burritos, gelato, bubble tea & smoothies. Island Country Markets is at The Bus stop "Kuhio Ave + Launiu St", on the Ritz-Carlton side.
