I greatly enjoy working in the Hospitality industry and my interactions with the guests. This work allows me to be a stay-at-home mom with my two young children and I am grateful to all the guests who make that possible.

Property info

This roomy house has 4 bedrooms all with smart TVs, and 3 full bathrooms, and a large capacity washer and dryers. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A couple of blocks from a large park with a picnic area, basketball court, closed swimming pool currently, creek, basketball court, and kids playground that is a short drive. Five minutes from Walmart and several other grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, and many other stores. Next to Dallas and the city's attractions.

Neighborhood info

This is a well-to-do neighborhood with a mixed group of working folks, young families, and retirees. These people will often have backyard gatherings for any number of occasions, this is something I have no control over. However, for the guests of this short-term rental, I ask that you observed the no-gathering or party policies so that you will continue to be welcomed by all within the neighborhood and welcomed back to the property. Every necessity you may need is less than a 5-minute drive from the property. Walmart is a five-minute drive from the home and 2 other non-name brand grocery stores are equally close if not closer, as well as several restaurants. Dominos and jack in the box are a 2-minute drive from the home to name a couple of places. If transportation is an issue, there are several city bus stops within a reasonable walking distance and Uber is pretty fast in the area as well.
