Close attention paid to detail with a large open plan family room, dining room and kitchen full connectivity with wireless high speed internet. The pool is private, elevated and oceanfront. The home features outside shower, charcoal grill, and large concrete patio area perfect for entertaining. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view on oceanfront decks and relax around the pool. The large kitchen has all amenities including granite counter tops, large eating bar and separate large dining table ideal for enjoying cooking and meals. There are two stunning private oceanfront Master suites with walk-in tile showers. Enjoy a cold beverage and the company of friends and family, while the kids enjoy a dip in the pool. The location is just perfect for quick on and off island excursions near Middleton and the newer Swain's Cut bridge. You may park your boat at the home.
