Beautiful home located in the heart of El Paso, Tx in Kern Place. Build in 1937, original hard wood floors and other original details, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, parks, hospitals, clinics, nightlife & groceries. The house was updated from its original state but it"s not a new remodel. Minutes from downtown El Paso with close access to I-10.

Kern place is considered one of the best and hottest places to live in. With beautiful scenery of the Franklin mountains and different collections of older homes with a super cozy yet hip vibe. You will definitely enjoy the neighborhood
