If you're looking for a fun place to be, Perdido Key is the place to feel free! Sail away to this newly built bayside beauty for your next vacation, with plenty of opportunities for boating, watersports, fishing, and some splendid sunset views. Enjoy spotting dolphins splashing in the bay. You'll be within walking distance of the world-famous Flori-Bama waterfront bar and dine in with some tasty food and enjoy live entertainment. If you feel like spending some time at the beach, you'll be glad to know there's public beach access just less than two miles away, next to 'Crab Trap,' and another mile to Perdido Key State Park. Take a mini trip to Alabama and settle down at Orange Beach Waterfront Park and eat some homemade treats out on the pavilion as you enjoy your incredible view—only less than seven miles out! After you've had your fill of the soothing sands, head on over to the OWA theme park and treat the family to a fun day—only a half-hour drive away. Return back to your home away from home and relax in the living area on the azure couches for a quick power nap. Cook up something for you and your guests in the full kitchen, then take a lovely stroll across the dock and get up close and personal with the glistening water around sunset. Settle down on your massive deck looking over Old River and kick it back with a cold drink in hand. Afterward, slip into some pajamas, and let the waves carry you off into dreamland. Within the home, there are two large Google smart TVs with YouTube TV, leaving you with plenty of channels at your fingertips. A Keurig and a Mr. Coffee drip machine are also available for your convenience. Things to Know There is NO boat trailer parking onsite due to HOA restrictions. You will need to make offsite arrangements for trailer parking prior to arrival. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
