This well-appointed, two-story retreat is perfect for families, small groups of friends, and couples. Enjoy a comfortable open floor plan with a colorful living room with a flatscreen TV and a DVD player, a dining area with a gorgeous five-person glass table, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a drip coffee maker. Meals can take place at the dining table indoors or on the screened-in patio, at the outdoor dining area. Treat your loved ones to tasty grilled treats (patties and veggies) using the gas grill available on the patio. This air-conditioned retreat has two levels. Aside from the main living space, the first floor offers a comfortable bedroom, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a half bathroom. The second floor has two more bedrooms, located on completely opposite sides of the home, two full bathrooms (one en suite), and a small nook with a sofa, perfect for a secluded time reading, listening to music, or even taking naps.
