Historic Home in the heart of Downtown Dunedin, known by locals as the Yellow House. First floor two bedroom apartment is totally renovated. Walk just a few steps to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Pinellas Trail. Home overlooks Pioneer Park where you can enjoy the local farmers market on weekends, concerts, movies, art festivals and much more. Sit on the front porch and see all Dunedin has to offer.

Downtown Dunedin is amazing! This Historic home sits in the center of Dunedin’s Town Square and overlooks beautiful Pioneer Park, which has seasonal activities such as Farmer’s Markets, movies, art shows and concerts. You can walk to restaurants, breweries, shops, the Dunedin Marina, festivals, the new Toronto Blue Jays Stadium, Tai Chi Center, and much more! We are also perfectly located a short distance to America's best beaches. For a more laid back hangout with less tourists, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island are about 5 miles north of us . About 5 miles south us is one of the top beaches in the country, Clearwater Beach where you’ll find lots of shopping, water sport rentals, restaurants, and more! The Pinellas Trail is just a short walk from us, so bring your own bikes or rent them from Kafe Racer right off the trail!
