Newly renovated and beautifully furnished 471 sqft studio with View at Sandpiper Cove on Destin’s Holiday Island. This condo also comes with free NETFLIX.
The HOA has an age restriction of 25 or older.
When on the balcony and turning to the left you can see a little bit of the Ocean. It's not beachfront or full front beach view but still you can see the water.
The condo has a basic equipped kitchen
sleeping arrangements: queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa are in the same room as it is a studio apartment.
The bathroom has a big shower. You will also find a pack and play but we don't provide sheets for that.
Neighbourhood information
The condo is in the heart of Destin. Very close to Harborwalk Village, Destin's Marina.
There are several restaurants and a Target within walking distance.
Sandpiper Cove also has a 9 hole par 3 chip and put golf course for all guests to use.
