Forsyth Park is only steps from your downtown property - simply turn right on the sidewalk, walk three blocks, and you will find yourself at the famous fountain! Convenience and grocery stores are just a few minutes walk from the upstairs apartment - without mentioning the plethora of cafes, bars, and restaurants.
