Cozy peaceful studio apartment has everything you need for your Hawaii trip. The unit comes with High-Speed internet Wi-Fi, self-check-in with keyless entry smart lock keypad, and free parking right in front of your unit. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient private entry door private bathroom, and kitchenette. Our Rental is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, shops, and mountain slopes. An ideal base to explore Hawaii. The Big Island of Hawaii is the only place where you can go to Mauna Kea Mountain play in the snow and go to the beach on the same day. (Winter months for snow) The studio apartment is in a strategic position to reach easily and quickly all the most attractive places of the Big Island of Hawaii. We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. We recommend a car to get around the Island. We recently did some major updates, re-painted the unit, installed a Purified water Reverse osmosis System, and purified water faucets House & Property Rules By Booking a reservation with us you agree to all rules and agree to pay all fees if any of these rules are Broken. These Rules exist because we have had Bad experiences in the past. This is to Help keep a peaceful environment for everyone. -No Unauthorized people on the property, If you have Unauthorized guests that are not stated in the booking/reservation you will be charged for each additional person per day and YOU HAVE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Your reservation will be canceled which means you no longer have a valid reservation. And you will be responsible for all fees. (Due to Recent events: Due to Liability and Safety Concerns) No one is allowed on the property unless they are on the reservation. Anyone that enters the property thats not on the

Neighborhood info

Wonderful district, centrally located from major attraction on the Hilo side. this is a safe and great location to stay and venture out to see all that this side of the island has to offer. Amazing waterfalls, Hawaii Volcano National Park, Beach Parks, Botanical Gardens, Black and Green Sand Beaches, Historic sites, Imi Loa Center, etc. You will need a full week (at the very least) to see, experience and enjoy all that Hilo has to offer.
