This splendid condo is all about location! You will be situated at the end of a secluded peninsula on the infamous Key Allegro Island. The complex is surrounded by water on three sides so there is almost zero through traffic and resembles a resort-like experience. Rockport Beach is within eye-site just a few hundred yards across Little Bay. This is a secluded community, not a hotel setting or mega-party environment. It is a beautiful place to enjoy all Rockport has to offer, with convenient access to Rockport Beach, and quick access to world-class fishing. Fantastic restaurants lie in every direction with amazing fresh seafood options. Come enjoy life on island time at Allegro Isle. A deep swimming pool is right out the front door, where you can look over the bay while lounging poolside. Enjoy happy hour sunsets in the community cabana, or bring your boat and tie up to one of our private boat slips after fishing the infamous Aransas Bay. If you don’t have a boat, fish from the pier, where it’s common to catch trout, redfish, flounder, and black drum. Little Bay provides excellent conditions for kayaks and paddleboards. This two-story condo is spacious enough to spread out and enjoy some quality Island Time. The main floor offers a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The kitchen boasts modern appliances and a large island to cook for the whole family. A dining table comfortably hosts everyone with additional seating at the bar. When mealtime is over, wind down in the inviting living area, which offers a 70-inch smart TV with cable and streaming. There is fiber optic internet that will entertain the family as needed. This floor also offers a huge main suite with a desk and an en suite bath with a washer/dryer. A spiral staircase leads you up to two additional bedrooms. A 30’ patio deck overlooks the bay and swimming pool, so you can enjoy gulls, herons, and osprey over a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.
