Welcome to The Nest on Timbercrest! This beautiful home has a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer, screened in lanai, above ground pool, and a fenced in yard. You'll find yourself walking distance from grocery stores, supermarkets and restaurants, and a short 8 minute drive to the gorgeous Weeki Wachee River. Drive less than 10 minutes further, and you will find yourself at Pine Island, a small beach where you can watch Florida's amazing sunsets and frequently see dolphins.

This neighborhood is close to many amenities and is walkable. It’s an area of town that is rapidly growing. You may expect to hear some noise such as traffic, neighbors, possible construction, etc as this is a fast growing area. The neighborhood has newly installed sidewalks, making it very walkable. Parking is provided in the driveway of the property. Please note, there is no guest access to the garage.
