Recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment in the historic Diamond Feed building, steps from the river, bars, and restaurants. Right next door to the Atrium wedding venue and Hidden Grounds coffee. 20 mins to Wrightsville Beach. Enjoy a dedicated workspace, free laundry, and sleek modern design. Located on the 2nd floor with paid public parking across the street. Please note that this is a downtown apartment with nearby local bars and nighttime noise can be expected, particularly on weekends. Ear plugs and a sound machine will be provided for your comfort.
