The Space: • 1,620 sqft • sanitized, self-check-in (contact-free) • free parking • full kitchen, washer/dryer, tv • fast & stable wifi • privacy & fresh coastal air • minutes away from hiking trails • close distance to the beach Managed by | Marbella Lane | full-service vacation rental property management | Top performer by AirDNA 4 bedrooms • 3 baths • 1 kitchen Additional Notes: This is a semi-detached house with its own entrance and no shared space. No smoking in the house, on the deck, or in the backyard. Must be 15ft away. Please be mindful, the neighbor next door has a medical condition is highly sensitive to smoke. Trash day is every Wednesday Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of 100USD Dollars per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, 50USD Dollars per person, per night.
