Neighbourhood information

Three Rivers, CA, is an awesome little quaint town. It is a small mom and pop community that takes pride in supporting travelers that visit from all over the world. Three Rivers is also the gateway community to Sequoia National Park, where you can find the largest living tree on earth. You will also find a local Three Rivers Museum, local festivals, and many family owned. It's a very relaxing place to get away from it all. NEIGHBORHOOD LIFE This is a retirement community, so if you are coming to relax and hang out, this is the perfect place.  We ask that everyone abide by the household rules and  respect our  surrounding neighbors. A vehicle is recommended. To get to the home: You will not need chains to reach the house during the winter season. We are below the snowline. Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon- - Chain requirements are in effect during the winter months. All guests booking a stay between November-May should anticipate the possibility of tire cables/chains being required to travel to Sequoia or Kings Canyon. It is the guest's responsibility to check road conditions and the weather forecast before driving up the mountain.
