Looking for a clean, quiet, peaceful and a safe place look no further meet this completely renovated DC row house. Less than 15 minutes' drive to DC downtown, and all the DC attractions, just 10 minutes' drive to the DC National Mall, and 7 minutes' drive to the Nationals Park at the DC Navy Yard home to the Washington Nationals of the Major League Baseball. Washington DC's waterfronts: District Wharf, Capitol Riverfront and National Harbor are all less than 15 minutes' drive. This property is equipped with 6 Roku Flat Screen Smart TVs with hundreds of free live TVs channels, guests with their own accounts can watch popular paid platforms like Netflix, Disney, HBO Max, YouTube TV etc. Main living room on the 1st floor has a 55-inch ROKU Flat Screen Smart TV; Family room in the lower level (basement) has a 50-inch ROKU Flat Screen Smart TV; Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom) has a 50-inch ROKU Flat Screen Smart TV; Bedroom 2 has a 50-inch ROKU Flat Screen Smart TV; Bedroom 3 has a 43-inch ROKU Flat Screen Smart TV; Bedroom 4 has a 50-inch ROKU Flat Screen Smart TV.
I'm originally from Spain and have called Washington DC home for the last 10 years. I love hosting guests, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Located in Randel Heights community of DC in a very quiet street with friendly neighbors. next door are the historic Anacostia and re-developed Navy Yards waterfronts. For the baseball fans, the house is only 8-minute drive (Uber/Lyft) to the Nationals Park home of the DC Nationals at the Capitol Riverfront. This house is close to downtown, and all the major DC attractions. Options for getting around - - 1. Drive to the national mall and other DC attractions and park in public parking for a small fee. - 2. Take a quick Uber/Lyft ride for a small fee to all DC major attractions. - 3. Anacostia and Navy Yard metro stations are a short drive from the house, 5- and 7-minutes' drive respectively.
