Escape to this private studio, detached from our main home. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is right outside, where you can use our bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks. You are welcome to use the pool if the main house is not rented. The house tends to rent only on weekends during the high seasons. Open the blackout cellular shades to feel suspended among the trees & see Monk parakeets, and many other birds. This studio makes excellent use of the space above our 2-car garage with an elegant bathroom, organic mattress, & butcher block countertops. 2G Google Fiber wifi

Holly neighborhood. Our property is directly on Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail, which is a 10-mile loop. Exactly 1 mile east of I35/ downtown and Rainey St. district. One block from Launderette restaurant and only a few blocks from countless fantastic East Austin bars and restaurants.
