Our condo is perfectly placed in the center of Frisco Main Street with an easy stroll to multiple restaurants, bars, and unique mountain shopping experiences. We did a full unit renovation just before ski season in 2014 and have maintained the facility beautifully since then. The 10-Mile Creek complex that we're located in is very well managed and maintained as well. Being an older complex there is a lot of trees and grassy areas around the buildings as well as a large number of parking spots for residents and guests. We have a private balcony on our unit with a Weber Grill and a view of the continental divide!

Rick grew up on the North side of Chicagoland skiing on the Wisconsin hill country until he discovered Colorado skiing in the mid-'70s and has never looked back. He organized his 1st boy's trip Copper back in 1976 and the mountain is still his venue of choice.

Frisco is the quintessential Colorado Mountain Town and Main Street is at its historic center. Nestled in the center of Colorado's beautiful Summit County, Frisco is a great vacation spot in both summer and winter, Ski season goes from November thru Mid-April most years and Frisco is centrally located to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin Resorts. You can also get to Vail in 20 minutes on Interstate 70 all the way. In summer there is hiking & biking galore. You can pick up the bike path and the Mt. Royal trailhead just a couple blocks from our place. There is kayaking on 10-Mile Creek and several white-water rafting tour operations working out of Frisco as well.
