Bring the whole family to this waterfront Hamptons oasis for fun and relaxation. Located in a semi private community the home is built for entertaining with extensive decking that includes an 800 ft sail shade, Lexor lighting, and Sonos system. The multi-tiered deck overlooks the 8 ft deep pool and 120 ft reinforced bulkhead with a 50 ft dock equipped with multiple kayaks. The home includes an in-law suite that features a living room, summer kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full-bath, and private access.
This waterfront house is nestled at the end of a cul de sac in the semi-private community, Old Harbor Colony, with access to a shared bay front beach. 2.5 miles to the Ponquogue Beach with restaurants, bars, sporting rentals, and seafood markets along the way.
