Kick back and relax in this updated 2 bed/1 bath single family home the Gulfport area of St. Petersburg. Close to the bike & running trail, yacht club/marina & Twin Brooks golf course. Ten minutes to the vibrant, restaurant scene of downtown St Pete. High end stainless Kitchen Aid appliances, formal living room + family room/den. Outdoor shower. Secure, gated driveway for two cars plus plenty of on-street parking.
I'm a low-key, responsible, guy with a major case of wander lust. I have 25 years of hospitality and real estate experience; having owned several rental houses and a couple of small hotels, renting them out using multiple platforms. So, I'm happy to share my latest project w/ others who wish to see and explore St. Pete as a local sees it!
Located on a quiet, dead-end street. Literally steps bike & running trail, yacht club/marina & Twin Brooks golf course. Ten minutes to the beaches, downtown St Petersburg and everything in between. The town of Gulfport also has its own sandy beach at the end of the main street.
