Welcome to this stunning two-story, 1200 sq. ft. home, one of two homes in this duplex just a few minutes walk to the beach on the Balboa Peninsula. Enter from the second-story patio entrance and find yourself in a spacious great room with plenty of comfortable seating, a large TV, a bar, and a dining area. The bar serves as an attractive divider between these two rooms and a beautiful modern kitchen that has everything you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. And there is a grill on the balcony deck for times when meal-making needs to be quick and easy. There is also a queen primary bedroom on this floor. It has a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, a large TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom - on the first floor - also has a ceiling fan and an en-suite bath that also has a shower/tub combination. Come enjoy this easy, beautifully appointed home close to everything. It will allow you to spend lots of time enjoying the outdoors and all sorts of water and land activities you may wish to enjoy. THINGS TO KNOW Due to the coastal climate, this home is not equipped with air conditioning but does have ceiling fans in each room. There is an exterior staircase the adjoining unit will use to access the garage from their private rooftop deck that passes this unit's exterior patio and second-floor access door. There is no third-floor or rooftop access for this unit. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival. This unit is one of two in a duplex.
