The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: Shared fitness center, shared rooftop patio and lounge, private balcony, in-unit laundry, smart TV with built-in Airplay, dedicated workspace, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, iron, Keurig, and more __ PARKING: Includes one free parking space in a secured garage attached to the building. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee. All requests are subject to availability. __ REQUIREMENTS: Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay 200 USD refundable security deposit. __ HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 100 USD fee for unreturned fob, 40 USD fee for unreturned parking pass.
