This property is located just one block from main street and offers the convenience of staying downtown but is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The yard is large and green, mature cottonwoods offer abundant summer shade. There are three units on this property, so this is also a great place for a group to stay and enjoy all Moab has to offer. Desert Gardens #3 Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with living and dining room spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and appliances. There's a small deck on the front of the building and also plentiful grassy areas to hang out in. The hot tub and yard spaces are shared. There are also cruiser bicycles on the property for guest use.

Neighbourhood information

This property is less than a block away from Main Street and the City Park. The City Park is also where the local recreation and swim center are located. The proximity to the park is great for kids as there's a large playground and kid pools at the rec center.
