“Interesting property. Unit was in the lower level of an old farmhouse and had exposed beams and stone foundation. Sits on over 20 acres with mowed paths for nice walks. Included all the modern amenities.”

Chic guest studio located downstairs of our 1841 Farm house with a separate entrance and free parking for two cars. Large living /sleeping space with 1 King bed, lush black leather couches, Roku smart TV, WIFI and a gas fireplace. Beautiful full bathroom with walk in shower, heated mirror and custom bluestone counters. Kitchenette with 2 burner electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Outdoor lawn area with firepit, and outdoor chairs. Perfect location to explore Warwick!
