The Neighborhood: The apartment is wonderfully located in the Rittenhouse Square & Graduate Hospital area, one block from Penn Hospital & the Tuttleman Center on South 19th Street, Near dozens of restaurants on South Street, Lombard Street and Spruce Street. Near Rittenhouse Square, Walking distance to Rittenhouse Square Park and the exciting social life that surrounds this area. Center City, City Hall, Broad Street, and over many restaurants, bars and places to explore are all within walking distance. If you like jogging, this is the area, joggers are running everywhere increasing your motivation to stay healthy. The Kimmel center is also nearby (10 mins walk). You can also access the subway on Broad street and easily arrive at all historical destination points. Parking: Parking is on the street. It’s easier to find parking in the mornings and afternoons. Free 24/7 parking on all blocks without posted signs. Be sure to check signage. Philadelphia in general is a difficult city for parking so I always encourage guests from out of town to explore other modes of transportation.
