Downtown Living! Completely renovated -3 bed/2 bath, charming home with rocking chair front porch. Classic 10 ft bead ceilings. Beautiful floors. Eat in Kitchen with Granite counter tops, new oven, shaker cabinets, island, and breakfast area. The living room is perfect for gathering and watching a movie. Master bath has free standing tub. Bath #2 has tiles shower. Fully fenced yard. Great for entertaining! Every part of this home has been renovated! We hope you love it. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, #3 has two twin beds and the living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. *YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days. They have 4 locations in Durham with multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Chapel Hill and Raleigh.
We can be reached within 5 minutes via Airbnb's messenger.
Durham is coming back to life. When we moved here 12 years ago a major restoration was underway. Old tobacco warehouses were being remodeled into incredible restaurants, shopping centers and loft apartments. This neighborhood has that same charm. It's a beautiful blend of older homes with character and newly renovated. That's what we love.
