Welcome to our charming mid-term rental located in the heart of Carlsbad! This newly remodeled 3B/2B offers the perfect balance between comfort and convenience. Situated approximately 1 mile from the beach, you can easily ride the complimentary e-bikes to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. Additionally, our prime location provides close proximity to downtown Carlsbad Village, where you can indulge in local dining, shopping, and entertainment. Come experience the best of coastal living in Carlsbad!
We are here to assist you with any concerns or questions you may have. We kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules: - Respect quiet hours from 7:00am to 10:00pm. - No smoking or vaping of any kind. - No pets. - No parties or events.
Charming and quiet family neighborhood approximately 1 mile from the beach and downtown village. Nearby park and hiking trails through Hosp Grove. Take advantage of the 2 complimentary e-bikes to easily get you to the beach and dining/entertainment experiences in downtown Carlsbad Village. Less than 1 mile from the local train station and interstate 5 freeway.
