From this home, you’ll be in the perfect location to explore all that the area has to offer! Golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants, concert halls, the zoo, and an abundance of shops are all within minutes of the property. The house is located only 3 blocks from the Indian Wells Tennis Center, which also is a shuttle pickup location for events such as Coachella and Stagecoach Festival. Within a few minutes drive to 2 casinos - Agua Caliente Casino Resort and Fantasy Springs Resort Casino - you and your travel companions will have many opportunities to test your luck and win some money. Avid golfers will love the property’s close proximity to PGA West Stadium and several other Golf Country Clubs. Spend the day swinging out on pristine fairways before stopping in town for a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants.
