Centrally located townhouse, just minutes from downtown, the Medical Center, Convention Center, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, TSU, and UH. Modern Contemporary 4-story patio home located in a safe and gated community. Light, bright and airy home features, open concept living and a dream kitchen with lots of counter space. Featuring a yard, balcony and rooftop terrace. This home has plenty of space for enjoying the outdoors with friends and family.
