Ocean Solitude! - Bodega Bay Sonoma Coast Ocean Views 3 Bedroom Home 80-degree ocean/bay views from Tomales Point to Bodega Head, this custom-built 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is positioned at the end of a tranquil Cul-de-Sac on Loon Court in the Bodega Harbor Golf Course Community. This home is perfect for a fishing boat, as there is a flat driveway and ample space to turn around and park overnight. You`ll enjoy the coastal breeze, unbelievable sunsets, and sweeping views of Doran Beach and Bodega Head from the two outdoor decks at the front of the home. Time stops when you`re bird-watching and listening to the sea lions from the front of the house and this serene space! Relax in the cozy living room and warm yourself by the *wood-burning stove or watch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. The dining room table is perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or a game of cards with loved ones. There is an oversized breakfast table as well. With combined table seating to accommodate up to 12 people, this home is perfect for a peaceful getaway or a fun-filled family vacation. Enjoy the sweeping views from the Primary bedroom with a King bed. Also on the upper level is a large soaking tub and a second shower. In the garage is a second fridge/freezer for enough food for your extended stays. Also, we have a ping pong table and darts for guests to enjoy. We have two canoes to enjoy in Tomales Bay, Bodega Bay, or even the Russian River. We have also provided two racks to use on your vehicle. *Use at your own risk. You are solely liable for damages or loss. In the backyard patio, protected from the ocean breeze, is seating for your whole party, a charcoal egg-shaped BBQ, and a clean-burning fire pit. *We recommend bringing clean, burning firewood, which you can pick up at all local grocery stores. Clean and dry cushions are stored in the garage for all the outdoor seating.
