Property Overview Located in a secluded spot on Peak 7, this private four-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. From the expansive deck and spacious living areas to the breathtaking panoramic views, the home is designed for both relaxation and connection. Just a five-minute drive gets you to the slopes or the historic charm of downtown Breckenridge. Please Note: Due to its high elevation and steep access roads, four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicles are required year-round. Snow and ice are common, and while the home is serviced by a private snow plow, Summit Vacations does not manage the plow schedule. A snow shovel is provided for clearing pathways as needed during your stay.
